K12enroll is updated multiple times throughout the year as the underlying data sets are refreshed, so your district's enrollment projections are also updated giving you the latest version at every log-in.
K12enroll uses the most current data available from your state department of education, housing authority, county officials, health officials, and more. We have nearly three decades of experience ensuring the validity of all data.
K12enroll is available for districts of all sizes. In fact, smaller school districts are often the most impacted by change due to its influence on the overall budget. There are a very small handful of school districts that aren’t able to project accurately, and if that is the case with your district we will let you know prior to subscribing. In that event, we may be able to offer a custom solution to meet your district's unique needs.
K12enroll is available for districts of all sizes. It has been found to be a valuable resource for large district planning staff, and can be used as another secondary data source. If it does not meet your district's unique needs we may be able to offer a custom solution.
K12enroll is a district-wide solution that allows you to have as many users in your district as you need. Your district administrator account in K12enroll can assign and remove access for other district users. If you have any difficulty with user management please feel free to contact us and we're happy to help.
K12enroll was developed by a team of education consultants and school district facility planners in Seattle, WA. Our team is composed of industry experts with experience as district superintendents, business and finance managers, principals, teachers, curriculum developers, and more. After over two decades of refining our projection algorithms and working with districts individually, we decided to utilize cloud-based technology, and even a little artificial intelligence, to provide ever-improving projections as well as on-demand access for all school districts.
We have a single, simple and transparent pricing structure to keep K12enroll affordable, renewable, and valuable to each district. The pricing is detailed on the Pricing page, and is between $1,500 and $7,500 annually per district.
To meet each district’s needs, your subscription renews one year after the initial subscription start date. This allows you the freedom to subscribe and renew at the time of year that best meets your needs or budget. If you would like to adjust the annual renewal date please contact us at info@k12enroll.com and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

Yes. Partner companies and agencies that are interested in subscribing to multiple districts are able to do so by contacting us for pricing information. K12enroll contains no protected information or student information that would require a data-sharing agreement.
Currently, the first two states available are Washington and Idaho. Additional states will be added regularly. If your state is not yet in K12enroll please let us know via the contact form so we can be made aware of your interest. Our goal is to have K12enroll available for districts in every state.
